Once you receive your Order Fulfilled / Order Ready for Pick up email you will be able to collect on the day at the time given when you selected this option.

When can I expect my order?
We try to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Although this take longer during busy periods. Orders are currently sent via Royal Mail Second Class - Signature Required.
What ingredients are used for Scents of Utopia Scented Wax Products?
Scents of Utopia use soy wax for our scented wax melts range. We source cruelty free ingredients for our products.
CLP labelling is provided on each scented product as EU conformity.
